CHICAGO, IL (September 17, 2025) – Today, SPIROGRAPH has officially been nominated as a 2025 finalist for the Strong National Museum of Play Toy Hall of Fame. The program recognizes toys that have inspired creative play and enjoyed popularity over time, inducting new honorees each year to showcase both new and historic versions of classics beloved by generations. First introduced in 1965, the iconic geometric drawing toy has inspired generations of artists, dreamers, and doodlers for six decades. From classrooms to design studios, SPIROGRAPH has stood the test of time, continuously reinventing itself with new formats and materials while simultaneously bridging generations, sparking fond memories, and introducing the fun of STEAM to a new wave of creators.
