Are you missing a piece or part of your new toy or game? Unfortunately, sometimes stuff gets lost or forgotten, but have no fear…we can help!
Contact our friendly customer service folks by clicking here ! Please include a detailed description of what you need (pictures are a big help with items such as puzzles!) as well as your name and mailing address, so we can mail out replacement pieces as soon as possible. Please allow a few weeks for delivery!
There is a limit of five replacement pieces per product, and only if the item is still in production. If we no longer make the game or toy, replacement pieces are unlikely to be available.
There are also some products that require a purchase for replacements, such as Marbleocity marbles and Magnatab wands. Please check your product on our site to see if you can purchase additional pieces. Thanks!

Provided Buyer has purchased the product from a PlayMonster authorized retailer with supporting retail proof of purchase, Buyer’s remedies are limited to repair, replacement or refund, at PlayMonster’s discretion.
