Have you misplaced or accidentally broke a piece to one of your favorite toys or games? Unfortunately, sometimes stuff gets lost or forgotten, but have no fear…we can help!
Please fill out the form below and please include a detailed description of what you need (pictures are a big help) as well as your name and mailing address, so we can mail out replacement pieces as soon as possible. Please allow a few weeks for delivery!
There is a limit of five replacement pieces per product, and only if the item is still in production. If we no longer make the game or toy, replacement pieces are unlikely to be available. If this is the case, before you fill out this form and pay for the shipping cost, please email us directly first at PlayMonster@PlayMonster.com to inquire if we have what you need.
There are also some products that require a purchase for replacements, such as Marbleocity marbles. Please check your product on our site to see if you can purchase additional pieces.
This page is NOT for missing pieces, meaning if you bought or received one of our products brand new and it is missing pieces. Please use the Contact Us Form for those requests. We will take care of missing parts at no cost.

Provided Buyer has purchased the product from a PlayMonster authorized retailer with supporting retail proof of purchase, Buyer’s remedies are limited to repair, replacement or refund, at PlayMonster’s discretion. PlayMonster is not liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages.
